I’m proud to say that ABC Loft Conversions is a company owned and run solely by myself, a builder who considers himself a visionary, new age builder. Someone who can see the potential in even the dustiest old loft space.

Having worked on loft conversions in London for 10 years I have gained a wealth of knowledge of loft conversions as well as catering to customer’s needs. I believe highly in honesty, professionalism and customer service. Having subcontracted for the large loft conversion companies in London I have certainly seen the right way to do lofts but more often than not, I have seen the wrong way!!!! So I decided it was time to start my own company and give clients the service they deserve. And ABC Lofts was born.

I work closely with the client to ensure we tailor make every aspect of their loft conversion to suit their needs. I deal directly with the customer from the beginning of the project right to the end, giving a more intimate service and eliminating the miscommunications which often occurs with the larger companies.

As I want a to build a London loft conversion company to be proud of, I keep it small, only dealing with one loft conversion at a time. As I run the entire operation myself, I can keep my overheads down, passing the savings to my clients. Unlike other companies that take a 25% cut simply for making a sale!
