Perry and his Build-Dec team recently completed my loft conversion with en-suite. Perry was helpful throughout the entire process from drawings to building control sign-off. Communication was good throughout and consequently there were no nasty surprises and the end result is exactly to my requirements. Mess and disruption was kept to a minimum and I’m very pleased with the standard of workmanship. Everybody involved were friendly, honest and reliable and I can recommend without hesitation.

Perry and the Build Dec team did a great job converting our garage into a spare room recently. The whole project exceeded our expectations. The room is exactly what we wanted and looks great. The workmanship is fantastic - it looks like the room has always been there, even where the garage door has been replaced by bricks and a window. Perry and his whole team were great to work with. Perry took away a lot of the worry from us - he worked with building control, was proactive about issues if they came up (and suggested really sensible solutions). He worked hard to match up stones, bricks, lintels, skirting, fixtures and fittings so the room would fit in, externally and internally. Perry was flexible about our layout and design preferences, and was really clear about any impacts on time and cost - and we could rely on him to tell us when our ideas wouldn't deliver value for us. Also, the whole team were just really nice guys - always friendly, polite and cheerful. We felt we were in good hands, and we would highly recommend Perry and the team.

We used Perry and his Build Dec company in April 2017 to completely refurbish and renovate our house in South Harrow , this included adding a kitchen and upstairs extension and an outbuilding . Perry and his team done an exceptional job and we are so happy with it and the quality of the workmanship . Recently a few of the floor tiles became loose in the kitchen and dining area , through our heavy traffic , i contacted Perry , he came around and surveyed what needed to be done and sent his tiler around to remedy the issue within a few days , no fuss , done a fantastic job and did not charge us anything . Considering this was 3 years down the line this shows that Perry cares about the satisfaction of his previous customers , would not hesitate to recommend Perry and his company for any building job and i would not even consider using anyone else for anything in the future .

Build dec completed 2 projects for us one a large bathroom conversion and the other a big construction opening up the back of the house installing many steels making the house open plan thanks to Perry’s ideas and plans we now have a fantastic living space. All the work was completed to a very high standard and on time Perry and his team are caring and courteous,great communication throughout,great customer care and service,highly recommended
