Really pleased we went with Jason and team for our loft conversion. From the very start Jason was a pleasure to deal with, nothing was ever too much bother. Even when we wanted to change small elements Jason was very helpful in accommodating the changes and in some cases making suggestions to improve things even further! I am still amazed how quickly the work was completed without any impact on the overall quality! Special mention to Drew who had to deal with some interesting weather whilst up on the roof! Great team, highly skilled and I will be using them again for phase 2. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Curtis Conversions has recently completed a full house renovation with roof dormer for us. We chose Curtis Conversions as Jay was very enthusiastic and engaged with the project. After speaking with a number of previous customers we had every confidence in Jay's ability to do the job. In the demolition stage Jay would often suggest ideas which our architect hadn't put forward. He is extremely good at recognising ways to improve and optimise spaces. We felt he treated the project like it was his own home. Jay was well organised and fair with pricing. We are extremely happy with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Jason and the team did a great job converting our under-usage garage storage into a lounge, which opens up the whole ground floor with much more sunlight and ventilation. The whole family is enjoying using the new space. In quotation phase, Jason was so nice to visit three times to discuss all details. His advice was very helpful and offered sound solutions to meet all our requirements. The quote was accurate to pound and Jason was open and honest in pricing. Site was kept clean and tidy during work. The team was always punctual, efficient, and professional. They also timely solved a couple of problems encountered on site. The job was completed in 8 days as planned. We were kept informed on daily progress and the communication was seamless. I enjoyed working with Jason for the project and impressed by his fun and can-do character. The only complaint I have is he has no availability for me in near future for my next project.

I requested a few quotes for boarding up my loft and Jason’s quote was both fast and the more reasonable. He also set a date for the actual work soon after. The end result was great and he finished on time. He was also flexible to some additional asks I had, without charging extra, which I appreciated. I would hire him again.
