East London Lofts

We are an end of terrace house and required a hip-to-gable loft conversion which is slightly more complicated than your average mid-terraced conversion and even then the whole thing was completed in just over 6 weeks - including fitting the bathroom tiling - an incredible achievement if you ask us! The work was done to a very high standard with his team showing great care and respect to our house.  At the end of the job they were also very quick to address any snags that we found.  I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a building firm to do their loft conversion. We are loving living in our new loft conversion, and are very pleased with the  professionalism of ELL throughout the process. All of the team were polite, did a great job, and we could trust them to turn up when they said they would, and do what they said they would do, which was a huge plus. We would happily recommend them to anyone. Our experience with East London Lofts has been brilliant. The team listened to all our needs from the start and the work was carried out efficiently and at a very high standard. The team were a pleasure to work with and we had no problems, no delays and no issues from start to finish.

We had Oly as our project manager for a double dormer loft conversion in July-Sept 2022. We are over the moon with the finished project and would highly recommend and rate the team. Every detail of the finish is as we hoped for and they came back again and again until it was all perfect! The team were punctual and on time every day, very professional and polite to our neighbours as well as cleaning up all rubbish/mess.

We chose East London Lofts after receiving at least 6 quotes from reputable companies. ELL were the only company to give us a very detailed quote - outlining time scale, materials etc. Oly and team are very experienced with loft conversions and were always on hand to discuss our plans and suggest adaptations if needed. The team were very professional and they completed work to a high standard. We are really happy with how our loft conversion turned out and would definitely recommended ELL.

East London did our loft in February 2021. It took around 8 weeks to complete and they were there when they said they would be and worked full days until it was completed. They kept the house tidy and accommodating of any changes asked for. They stuck to their competitive quote and we only paid extra for things we wanted added or changed. The work was to a good standard and we were very pleased with the end result. There was little bit of snagging caused by the scaffolding which they came back and fixed without any issue

After seeing the loft they did for friends we asked them to remove a very thick load bearing wall in our kitchen in 2017 and we were very pleased with the result. We decided then if we ever did a loft conversion we would use East London Lofts. The loft is now complete and we are really happy with it. Great guys working hard to get it done and to a high quality. We have no hesitation in recommending them. Once we have the loft decorated pictures will be available. Photos now added.

Choosing a loft conversion company is a leap into the unknown, so we cannot recommend East London enough. Extremely talented workers (who are also polite, friendly, and respectful) - closely project managed on-site. Every day the house is left as clean as it possibly can be, they go over and above to ensure you have functional living space during the job and the end result is perfect. They also recommend other works during the job that they can achieve whilst the workers are on site - which has resolved jobs we have been considering for years. 5 stars all round.
