Grawal Builders was contracted to do my loft. Such a great a great experience I had. The loft was completed in 4 weeks as he told me. Advised on materials and help me chose all the cosmetics which they fitted. Such a trust worthy firm. Even took interest in other jobs in the house and advised and look out for me. I’m glad to say Harwinder is now a friend. I have recommended this form for 2 other jobs and the recommendation has gone down really well. I will always call him back if I have other jobs going. Builders are a nightmare but not this firm. If you are looking for a trust worthy builder who will do our work as if it is theirs then this is the firm to use for loft conversion, extensions house renovations, bathrooms, boilers, heating, electrical work etc etc. They are a gem.

God has finally sent great builders to my house. Huge thanks to God!!! Really wonderful work, well done! The team is extremely reliable. If they say they will come tomorrow, they will be there before 8 am to start the work, continue working throughout the day, and finish late in the evening. They built two beautiful bathrooms from scratch, loft conversion, extension, replaced the shower in the third bathroom, replaced the ceiling and lights in the kitchen (great electrical work, tidy wiring), replaced the staircase, fitted new windows, cleaned all the radiators, and painted the whole house inside. Waiting for them to fit the laminate flooring tomorrow. The Boss - has a great heart. He cares about customers and puts his whole heart into each job. This company has been truly amazing and deserves a million stars! Could not wish for a better service. Also, very good and fair price. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to get work done. This company can do everything! Thank you so much for all your hard work, and may God bless you!!!

We are very happy with the services from Harwinder Singh, He has done a great job on design and construction. We contact Harwinder Singh in the past for our rear extension and have come back to instruct Mr Singh for our loft conversion too. As before we are very happy with the services from Barking side loft and we highly recommend their design and construction services for both home extension or loft conversion. Mr Singh done the work before the given time. He has 16 years of huge experience.Great work by Harwinder Singh.
