First class from start to finish! We have just completed a single storey rear extension with JPB Lofts & Extensions. Jack and his team were polite, timely, friendly and respectful. There is always a little nervousness when you have high expectations but Jack and his team managed to surpass this! Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out for us. Jack has a wealth of knowledge and gave us great advice on many things throughout the project, it was really refreshing to have someone you can trust when making the big decisions. If you are looking for someone who is honest, reliable, takes pride in their work and delivers a fantastic result Jack (JPB Lofts & Extensions) should definitely be your first choice. We would have no hesitation using them for future projects, in fact we would look forward to welcoming Jack and all of the guys back!!

Jack and his team completed our loft extension this summer and we are so happy with the final result. As a mum with a toddler and new baby, I was apprehensive about having so many workmen in the house when I would be at home most of the time. But I can honestly say, all of the guys working on the project were so considerate and courteous and I never once felt uncomfortable. I did actually miss them when they left for the next project which is not something I ever thought I would say. The quality of the work has also been top notch and the finish has far exceeded my expectations. Everyone that has come to visit has commented on how lovely it all looks. We originally planned to box off the new landing area of the loft but Jack suggested we keep it open to allow more light in, and it looks fantastic. Jack is also very honest and trustworthy and communication was excellent throughout the project. I have no complaints and couldn't recommend him and his team enough. Thank you JPB.

We warmly recommend Jack and his team for their outstanding work on the loft extension they recently completed in our house. From Jack's first visit all the way through to the end of the building project, he was engaged, honest and straight-talking. He was immensely generous with his time and advice to guide us in areas where we were not expert, and he made the whole process smooth and straightforward. His communication skills and project management are excellent and he always helped swiftly to answer questions or resolve puzzling situations. Jack's team of professionals (Dan, Donal, second Dan, Billy, Alfie, Simon, Steve and others we don't recall the names of) was outstanding: experts in their trade, always polite, helpful beyond their duties, and considerate of noise levels. It was a pleasure to have them around and to trust our home into their hands. We are delighted with our new loft extension, both for the high level of workmanship and professionalism shown by Jack and his team, and for the fantastic result.

My wife and I couldn’t recommend Jack and his team highly enough. This was our first ever foray into building works and after several months of research, speaking to multiple builders and going to visit some past JPB clients, we decided to go with him and haven’t regretted it once. The quotes were not only very competitive but were detailed and transparent, with no hidden extras and any additional costs along the way discussed in advance and also very reasonable. JPB converted our loft into a beautiful new bedroom with en-suite shower room as well as a large single storey rear extension comprising of a huge open plan kitchen diner, utility room and new downstairs WC. The quality of the work was superb. Jack’s own core team dealt with all the demolition and build with specialist tradesmen coming in for plumbing, roofing, plastering, tiling and carpentry work. At first we were a little dubious that so much work was being ‘subbed’ out but we soon realised that Jack has carefully selected these guys and they seem to work almost exclusively with Jack, probably because he is honest, straightforward and great to work with. Moreover, Jack was always available to discuss any issues or queries, to the extent we wondered when he ever slept. He acted quickly when we had any issues and we even had direct numbers for all of his tradesmen so we could speak to them directly. As this was our first build, we had countless questions and made many amendments along the way. Jack was not only patient and keen to ensure we understood and were happy with the process but went above and beyond, often coming up with suggestions and alternatives that we hadn’t even thought of – and the final result is so much better for it! Jack clearly values his customers and treats the project as if it’s his own home. A previous client who we visited before contracting Jack told us that she was sad to see the team leave her home after a 4 month build. My wife and I found this hard to believe after hearing so many horror stories about London builders. However, it’s safe to say that although we don’t miss the sound of multi-tools and drills we really miss having the boys around the house. Jack is not only a great builder but he’s genuine, honest and trustworthy and isn’t just in it for the money. Quite frankly he went over and above for us and cares about his reputation which is the kind of person you want to hire. Not only have we found the builder we want for any future projects but we’ve found a friend that we hope we’ll stay in touch with.
