We recently needed a fairly extensive house remodel which included: creating an open plan living space on the ground floor, installing a new kitchen (including a skylight and bi-fold doors), fitting new bathrooms, installing a loft conversion with an en-suite and a new front entrance. Personally, the most daunting aspect of engaging in a large building project was whether I could trust the builders but after being recommended by a friend to use Kapconversions and speaking to Raman directly I felt reassured by his professionalism, strong relationships with previous customers and catalogue of work. Going with Raman was the best thing we did and we’re so happy with how it all turned out. The work took ~6 months in total and we had a really good line of communication and would regularly check in on progress or any or issues that arose along the way so that they could be resolved smoothly. I was particularly impressed with Raman’s attention to detail and quality of the final finish - when there were snags, he made sure to put them right and prioritised the quality over initial speed. I’ve recommended Kapconversions to friends and family looking for loft extensions, internal remodelling work etc and would happily recommend more widely. Thanks again Raman and team.

The Kap Conversions team is truly exceptional. The attention to detail in every aspect - from architectural tweaks to final finishes - has meant the work we’ve had done to our house is top tier. Once we had our loft converted, we got them back to redo our kitchen which is testament to the quality of work. We used Kapconversions to restore our kitchen units and flooring after a water pipe leak. Raman's team worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job - especially with regards to an issue we faced with not being able to find the exact same floor tiles, which had to be trimmed to size. I write this review with fullest of satisfaction. Raman completed my Loft conversion and the renovation of my flat a year ago. His work was excellent giving updates throughout the project so I knew exactly how the work was progressing. He had the ability to give attention to all details that was carefully taken care of.
