We bought this house with dull and old styled walls, ceilings, lots of wardrobes are also outdated. Lani was the life changer, he is very patient, paid lots of things in details, and completely brought the house above the standard, and so happy for their services. Had different painting and decorating jobs around the house that needed to be done. Contacted a few companies, but Lian construction was the only one that came over to have a look at the jobs and give us an accurate quote. Lani arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He explained how he would complete each job so I knew exactly what was going to happen throughout the day. Lani answered every question that I had and even did extra parts that I hadn't shown him initially, without changing his price. I highly recommend Lian construction and I would definitely use them again.

We purchased our house in 2020 and the bathroom needed some work. We obtained quotes from a few different places, but Lani quoted us the cheapest. The quality of work was very professional and great quality. The work was accomplished within the promised time. We loved the work and would recommend it to anyone. Would highly recommend Lian Construction and will be using them again. Work undertaken was very well done, timely and cleaned up afterwards. Work included redoing the walls in a moldy, damp room, painting kitchen, aligning cabinets and tiling bathroom.

I had met Lani in Feb 2024 and discussed the fit out project for my place in Surbiton. Lani has been very accomodating for our changing schedule and very efficient in delivering the project of which the scope includes timber floor replacement, lighting replacement and other minor works. Lani came across as very professional and competent at his work. He understood our needs and offer practical solutions on a lot of occassions. More importantly, as a construction cost professional, after comparing prices from mutliple construction company in Kingston and surbiton area, I find Lani's price of the works very reasonable. I am very happy with the quality of the work by Lani and would defintely recommend Lani for any construction works.
