Lindum completed our loft conversion in June, having started late Jan, so working through the winter. We are thrilled with the results, what made it even better was the experience working with Roy and his team. Quality, professionalism and communication throughout, and all of the craftsmen were friendly and couldn't do more to help. No real issues but if anything did pop up it was dealt with, no fuss or bother. We would highly recommend them for any loft or extension project you might have. Steve & Nicola, South Ealing

Lindum lofts completed our loft conversion in November last year (sorry for the delayed review!). They were excellent throughout the build. Their own team do quality work and were friendly and professional. They also recommended excellent contractors to do any extra work such as painting and decorating. Roy was always available if there were any issues and even a year later he is still available if any small issues have occurred over time. Would highly recommend them. Thanks Iain & Janet

After using Lindum for our kitchen extension 4 years ago, we went back to them to do our loft conversion. The team are all so helpful and went above and beyond for us again. They gave spot on advice and project came in as quoted. We're delighted with the work they did for us and don't hesitate to recommend them.

To begin with I was pleased with my loft conversion from Lindum Lofts but now that I am having problems they just do not communicate with me. There is water penetration adjacent to the Juliet balcony doors, the Velux window is leaking, there is mould in the eaves space and the outside sewage pipe has a leak. They don't answer the phone to me and do not reply to my emails asking them to come and have a look at the damage. Consider carefully whether or not you would be happy with this attitude before hiring Lindum Lofts.
