Advised me on all do's and don'ts and helped me clearly categorise what needed immediate refurb and what could be optional. They also provided competitive quote and assited me in all my purchases / selections
I had internal refurb requirements only but along with my quote they made necessary checks for my extension & loft which was already done by previous owner, and helped me locate fix for a small leak of rain water pipe coming from loft.
