We had the pleasure of working with Stuart and Alin on a rear extension with a gable roof, approximately 6m x 5m. We were new to building work, and Stuart and the MoreSpace team took us through planning with no issues, assisting with late changes to our plans with no fuss. No question or request was too much! A special thank you to Alin and his team who were nothing short of excellent. They were hard working, solution driven, kept us well informed throughout the build and treated our house like it were their own. Such is the confidence instilled by Morespace, Stuart and Alin that we wouldn’t go anywhere else for any future projects. Thanks again, and thanks for building us a beautiful extension with which we can build many memories!

We completed a side return and rear extension with MoreSpace over the summer months. From start to end, they provided exemplary service. Ben Styles was our project manager and Edi Sokoli was our builder. They were conscientious, professional, and attentive throughout the project. Ben handled project management including drawings, planning control application, approvals of that planning control, building control inspections, Thames Water, and associated paperwork. This kept that side of the works running smoothly throughout the project. I'd like to make a special call out to Edi and his team onsite who were careful with our property and possessions, and went far beyond what I would expect in terms of service - for example, focussing on details like potential sounds from water pipes running through the walls.so therefore adding insulation and lagging to make sure we didn't hear noise. During the project I had to travel for work a couple of times and Edi did a great job sending me pictures, keeping me updated, and asking me questions well in advance so that I could provide answers and keep the project moving. In terms of costing and timelines, they were very true to their original estimates - we didn't have many additional costs beyond what MoreSpace had quoted for or provided estimates on, and they completed within 5 working days of their originally quoted timeline. I can't recommend MoreSpace highly enough and if you get Ben and Edi working on your project, you are in safe pairs of hands!

We have done a side return extension with More Space. Ben and Martin’s team were fantastic. Fast, well executed, precise, good communication, with tons of experience and, most of important of all, honest. Project was right on time as initially estimated. Cost ended up being a touch higher but because we had added and fixed few more things along the way. The fact that they have completed so many projects gives them an invaluable experience edge over competitors in terms of problem solving and cost/time management. Overall, no over-promise and under-delivering, just a proper honest and experienced company with which it has been a pleasure working with.

Delighted with the work and service from Morespace and very pleased that we took the plunge . We are now reaping the benefits with a home to be proud of. We had lots of support from Ben , the office team and the party wall surveyor . They took the stress off me and got the build across the line . The build took a total of 3 months with an extension and replacing the old kitchen with a shower/utility room . Ruben our builder was fantastic and I relied on him a lot . Morespace get the right people as with Ruben and they have a list of recommended contractors eg tilers , kitchen fitters and even to put back the sky aerial . I was really pleased with all their work . You also have the added security that if anything goes wrong Morespace will be able to sort eg I would worry if the builder would turn up that day and of course he always did but using Morespace takes away that worry .Overall I am very happy with the whole work by Morespace -I have a lovely feeling coming through the front door and seeing my new home .

I used More Space for my loft conversion, which I began planning in Sept 2022 and was completed Feb-April. I trusted Ben from the get-go, he answered all my questions and engaged with the process in a way that other companies hadn't. I had inherited architects' plans from the previous owners but Ben quite rightly advised me to change the layout of the stairs. I appreciated that the architectural drawings and engineers' plans were all part of the MoreSpace package so it didn't cost me any extra. What's more, I was planning for the loft at the time when material costs were escalating so it was reassuring that the quote MS gave would be honoured even if the material costs had gone up between then and the start date. The loft and replacement of the roof were completed on time - about 7/8 weeks for the build and Ben was responsive throughout. As someone doing this by themselves for the first time, it was super-helpful to have him alongside and so responsive. I am really happy with the end result and would absolutely use MoreSpace again.
