OBS were fantastic from start to finish. They were able to begin work within a couple of weeks from our first meeting. They quoted an overall fee which covered everything, so no hidden extras! It was also clearly itemised, so the billing was just very transparent and stress-free. They organised every aspect of the project, including getting the steel frame fabricated, the skip, the electrician, deliveries, and various other moving parts. The workers were professional, skilled, on time, friendly, and flexible. The overall quality of work and customer service was fantastic. We also felt like we got good value for money. We would highly recommend OBS to anyone renovating their basement.

When Kendall and David first met me on site their positivity, confidence and enthusiasm shone through. After visiting their other ongoing projects I was sure they would be able to handle mine. There was good communication throughout the job. They dealt with the complexities of the project in their stride and kept to their costing. They were diligent and proud of their work and a friendly company to deal with. A good result on completion. I would be happy to use them again on a basement project.

Kendall and David definitely know their stuff! We had our basement developed by OBS Basements and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. The whole process went very smoothly from our first phone conversation to completion. David is one of the most responsive people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was always available to address any concerns that I had no matter how small… very rare to come by in this industry. Very refreshing to see this kind of commitment and customer service! Definitely made the process as stress-free as possible. The workmanship exhibited by all the trades is excellent. Kendall and David have assembled an amazing and dedicated team! All work was completed to a very high standard and the tradesmen were always considerate. OBS guys are very knowledgeable and created solutions that helped us maximize space. David organised the project very well and along with the company owner Kendall, were able to keep us informed throughout the entire project timeline. THANK YOU GUYS FOR A JOB WELL DONE!

OBS were flexible and responsive - able to deal with the limitations of the site and issues that arose during construction. The team is very friendly and communicative and diligent in attitude. They were reliable on costing and adaptable and accommodating. Definitely would use them again for any basement work.

I have used OBS to carry out two basements for me in the last 5 years and have found them to be very hard working, friendly and accommodating on both jobs. David (business manager) is a pleasure to work with and Kendall (business owner) makes sure he is in regular contact to check in that everything is going OK. The guys on site bend over backwards to be helpful. Through no fault of theirs the first job ran into difficulties when the main contractor left site, but they carried on regardless to deliver their portion of work on budget and on time. Thank you very much Kendall, David and all the team. I hope to use them again in years to come.
