I am absolutely delighted with the high standard of workmanship delivered by RZ building services Ltd & they are 100% reliable & work efficiently & with great care. Sam took photos & videos of all before & after works, I was consulted, given options at every stage. Sam came up with wonderful ideas & solutions. Even the scaffolders that Sam arranged were polite & worked quietly. A big shout out to Tony & Yanni who also worked here diligently & tidily throughout. My neighbour also contracted RZ for their own scope of works (straight after mine) & told me they’re also very happy with the finished results. Sam has glowing feedback (going back over 14 years for work in north London, which was why I’d chosen RZ) & I am now adding my recommendation of this highly competent building company to all family, friends & All. Extremely helpful and friendly. They made a real effort to make the flat livable while the works were ongoing. We were surprised when we worked out how much furniture they had moved to be able to patch up and paint the walls which had cracked (a natural part of structural works) - it looked almost undisturbed. They got a structural engineer round on the same day when issues were discovered and our report prioritised by him. The communication was excellent, including calls late in the evening to talk through issues arising from neighbours and much appreciated advice even beyond the remit of our builder. We would absolutely use this company again and recommend them to anyone.

Sam and his team were amazing. Sam shares my obsession with attention to detail and would go the extra mile just for his own satisfaction of a job well done. He is also organised, tidy and fair with his prices. I would definitely recommend Sam and R Z Building Services, and will be using them again.

Excellent, reliable and a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Sam and Tony again. 7 weeks of internal work including new kitchen, structural opening, wall and floor insulation, radiators, repair work to kitchen roof, new flooring and more. Sam helped us think about the most cost effective and durable solutions when discovering problems in our new home that we weren't previously aware of. We started with a cold, damp, dated semi in north London and progressed to a more stylish, energy efficient home.

Sam and team have just completed a side return extension on our Victorian terrace in North London. I'd highly recommend them, and would't hesitate to use them again in future (and it's actually the second time we've used them, after Sam completed a renovation on my previous flat for me back in 2017!) Sam is great at keeping you in the loop on exactly what is happening (and why) throughout, which we really appreciated. He also has an incredible amount of building knowledge (including spotting/pre-empting issues that were not already covered off in our formal plans), is fully transparent when it comes to costs, and has a great eye for quality of finish. We're so happy with the final extension and finish, and couldn't have asked for anything better! We had a bit of a rollercoaster of a project full of surprises thanks to our house being really old (c. 1890), and our formal plans (not prepared by Sam) not being as comprehensive as we'd initially believed them to be. Whilst none of this was Sam's fault/responsibility, he was highly instrumental in getting us to solutions, and proactively ensuring that the build was done safely, compliantly, to a high standard, and within our budget. Sam also did a great job project managing all of the various trades/experts and building control - we've literally just dealt with him and not had to worry about coordinating anything/anyone else! Sam and his team are also just very easy to have around. They are friendly, polite, tidy, and never impose any more than is necessary. (This counts for a lot when you're spending many months together :) ). Overall, I'd highly recommend Sam for any project, and would not hesitate to use him again in future. We're so happy with our house now. Thank you Sam!!
