They are highly skilled with great attention to detail and made insightful suggestions along the way. Ben is fundamentally honest and caring about the service he provides. From tender to execution and snagging they were responsive and really fair. They also happened to do my ground floor extension at the same time. From start to finish Ben was hands on with problem solving and has been exceedingly generous with his time post-completion with various related bits and pieces. Maria Jacob5 StarWe can't recommend Ben and his team enough! They have been absolutely amazing with our building project and such a pleasure to work with.
It felt easy to have them around for about 3 months and to leave them in charge while we were away. (We left for a month during the building work and Ben was brilliant at keeping us updated at looking after the house).
We love our new room and all the joinery and other work they have done and we were impressed with how skilled, professional, honest, patient, helpful, reliable Ben is. And his team is also great.
I especially appreciated how upbeat and relaxed Ben has been about everything, he was always ready to provide a solution and to accommodate the additional requests that were added along the way (quite a lot, after having seen the quality of their joinery work we kept adding).

Gillies O'Bryan-Tear5 StarFrom the moment Ben came for an estimate we knew he’d do a good job. He showed us local conversions he had done. The loft conversion and substantial (6m) GF extension he built for us was done on time and to budget using a v skilled crew of mostly Eastern Europeans. He is responsive and friendly, and the quality of the work and materials have been very high. Inevitable niggles and minor setbacks along the way were dealt with collaboratively. We are delighted with the construction which has massively enhanced the house. Ben is a New Zealander with substantial UK experience of loft and other conversions having worked here for 20 years, so he has a good network of people and supplies.
