We invited several loft companies to quote which varied enormously but finally chose Trendy Lofts Ltd. Jack spent valuable time with us and provided a very competitive quote after making us aware of all the options available to us. We were a little anxious as it was a large investment and an element of trust was involved but these fears were soon allayed. We viewed similar lofts completed by Trendy first and spoke to the homeowners who confirmed they were very satisfied with the quality of their work and we were left with a clear vision of what we wanted. We would highly recommend Shaun and Pete the builders who were assigned to our job. They were very professional, respectful and arrived on time each and every day and it was a bitterly cold winter! They were very helpful in answering any queries and inviting us up to see the build as it progressed and confirming with us what we wanted at various stages. Jannine in the office was very helpful and always available to help with any queries. Trendy dealt with Building Control and deliveries and all the Tradespeople were lined up as required so there were no delays, communication from everyone was excellent. Trendy stuck to their schedule of works so the build was completed on time even though it was around Christmas. It was surprisingly easy, non-intrusive and stress free, all our expectations were met and it was all finished within the time frame as promised. We are so pleased with the design and quality of our loft conversion and couldn’t be happier. We love the way the loft looks like it was always part of the house and have had so many compliments from friends and family. We now have a fantastic light, airy space in what was once a dingy, dark, unused loft!

After speaking to a few different contractors we settled on Trendy to undertake our loft conversion, primarily based on recommendations from friends who had used them previously. Jack and his team were really great to deal with and were super accommodating and took the time to explain all our options and the process. It's really helpful to have Jannine in the office too who keeps you put to speed with the progress. One of the things we were most impressed with was all of the tradespeople that Trendy work with, all were brilliant and clearly took pride in their work. We've been left with a great additional space to our house which has really transformed the place. Would thoroughly recommend.

Perry and team were excellent. They communicated clearly throughout the work, were great to deal with and tidied up after themselves on each day. The loft conversion went to plan and was seemingly very straightforward with no delays. I was very happy with the end result and the level of detail and work was 5 stars. Would highly recommend to anyone considering a loft conversion.

Chose Trendy over the others based on Perry (the owner) who was punctual and professional at his initial visit. Obviously knew what he was doing from the outset and was a genuinely nice guy. His team arrived on site as planned and carried out the removal of my roof and construction of dorma in just a few days and to a very high standard. Rick and Steve were back early doors everyday to complete the work and were both nice guys as well as being professional, tenacious and pragmatic in their work. I would highly recommend trendy if you are looking for a loft conversion.

We used Trendy to create our loft space. We were very pleased with the quality of the build and the people assigned to do the work especially with George who was hardworking, polite and a respectful individual. There was a slight delay in completing the works but this was more to do with the cutover period between Christmas and the new year. I also found their flexibility good where they were able to work around others and re-schedule time to allow for services or works being carried outside of Trendy control in essence working to my plan of action when required. Where there were issues identified Trendy were responsive to these and were able to rectify those swiftly and professionally and would recommend this company to others.
