Beacon did an excellent job from a clear quotation through to the build completion. The actual build work was done quickly and unexpected issues were worked through and resolved. Gheorghe did a great job and he and his team worked hard, with Gus on hand for any specific items. the building work finished quicker than expected, especially given the complicated roof design. Alice did an excellent job of keeping everything to plan from the office and I used a number of supplier and trades they worked with. I am super happy with the outcome.

We used Beacon for a ground floor extension and we were incredibly pleased with the results. The timings of the project were kept to remarkably well considering the build took place through winter, and the finish has been to a brilliant standard. Alice’s communication was really comprehensive, honest, and efficient throughout, and we were impressed by Mike (our lead builder) and his team, who worked tirelessly and kept us informed about our options and stages of the work. We’d absolutely use them again!

Beacon recently completed a substantial extension project for us, and our experience with them has been exceptional. Right from the outset, their professionalism and attention to detail were evident. Gus and Leszek provided thorough insights into the project at the pre-start meeting, outlining potential challenges and associated costs upfront. This transparency was invaluable, ensuring we could budget effectively and avoid unpleasant surprises. Alice, our project manager, was outstanding. She maintained clear communication throughout, ensuring everything progressed smoothly and on schedule. Her proactive approach, coupled with her personable nature, made the entire process seamless. She's just one of those great people who is good at relationships and you really feel like she's got your back, whatever you need. Alice even devised a comprehensive timeline, incorporating inputs from our suppliers, which proved immensely helpful in understanding key milestones and potential delays. Then we come to the building team, led by Leszek, who surpassed our expectations: Excellent communication: The team's communication was exemplary, keeping us informed of progress and any issues that arose. Leszek ensured we were always aware of what was happening and why, which greatly reassured us throughout the project. Expertise and build quality: Their expertise was evident in the quality of workmanship, with Janusz demonstrating exceptional skill and leadership. Despite inevitable setbacks, the team completed the main work ahead of schedule, a testament to their efficiency and dedication. Attention to detail: Leszek's meticulous attention to detail was commendable, ensuring minimal snags and delivering impeccable results. He made several recommendations for small tweaks that significantly enhanced the final outcome. Overall, the finishes were of an exceptionally high standard. Importantly, everyone respected our space and minimised disruption, alleviating much of the stress associated with such projects. The team went above and beyond, setting up a temporary kitchen and offering recommendations for additional contractors. Leszek's suggestion to delay final rendering to protect against exterior damage further demonstrated their commitment to excellence. I could not recommend Beacon or Leszek and his team more. In fact, I have already recommended them to several people. Across the board they have been professional, kind, respectful and honest and I can't thank them enough for creating a wonderful space in our home. Thank you Gus, Leszek, Janusz, Alice, Hubert, Stuart and everyone else who worked on this project!

We highly recommend Beacon Lofts. The team were contracted to build a three room loft conversion. From start to finish, our team – managed by Alice – were brilliant. The architect designed a space in line with our specifications and the subsequent planning permission process was handled with minimal stress from our side. The building process itself was a big job, which included removing our existing ceilings – the team, expertly led by Piotr, responded so well to our needs throughout and worked tirelessly to deliver a build with exceptional attention to detail and quality. We are so happy with the new space, it has completely changed our property and how we live in it!

We love our loft conversion with Beacon. Alex responded to all my questions and requests immediately. Kept me updated on progress and any issues. Was amazed how quickly the project was completed. It really took 8 weeks from start to finish. Exceeded my expectations in some areas- for example they managed to fit the staircase without moving the small bedroom wall. Beautiful built in wardrobes in loft too. Thank you
