This is the second project we have used Jino and the team for a big project in london. First he did an excellent job on our loft conversion in Peckham in 2018, and this job was just as good in Muswell Hill in 2023. Jino and the team were the most competitively priced, highest quality workmen we have ever used. They are diligent, hard working and finish to a very high standard, all on time and only finish the job once all snagging is completed to our very high standards. We recommend Jino to our friends regularly as we trust him and the team implicitly to complete jobs to the highest standard. Thanks to Jino and team for another great project. Very happy with the work Jino and his team did on our house! Can't recommend them enough! Contracted them to build a rear extension and do a total house renovation on a house that was in a rough state. Now we are nearly done and the house looks like a new build! The team is very professional and knowledgeable. We were constantly impressed with their efficiency and the quality of their work. The extension looks amazing and so do our new floors, bathroom, kitchen and walls. They did everything for us! Literally they stripped the walls down to bare brick, redid the plastering, replaced all piping throughout, redid the electricals, even added extra timber joists to support the first floor after removing two walls which wasn't as simple as it sounds. The team is very hard working, they started work at 8am sharp every day and always cleaned up and swept up at the end of the day. They made sure the site is clean and secured. Despite a few bumps along the way, they managed to complete the project on time and on budget! There was of course extra work that came up as it would be expected with any renovation project like this but they handled it perfectly.

It was a pleasure and satisfaction. Buildextensions Service team did a fantastic job to our loft conversion, knowledge of the regulations, and ability to work on an old building with many difficulties was excellent. Under a tight timeframe, they had clear ideas on how to complete the job within a budget. The results were amazing! we would gladly use their services again. I would highly recommend their service.
