Our rates are extremely competitive and our work comes with excellence and guarantees as standard. We provide a strict payment plan with itemised billing which allows you to clearly see the various stages of work and to manage these stages accordingly. After providing a deposit upfront you then only pay after each stage of work has been completed.

Ian Webb5 StarMatthew and his team have just completed a great extension to our terraced house. A good job throughout and the work was completed on time and budget.
Rear extension with new fitted kitchen and remodelling of the downstairs of our house with new downstairs bathroom and utility.
Massive thanks to Matthew and also a mention for Scott and the groundwork team who were all very accommodating working around us whilst we lived in the house through the work with 2 young kids (which saved us a fortune not having to move out!). As well as putting up with poor access and all materials having to go through the house.
They were really great to work with, Matthew is very helpful and quick to reply to messages and questions. Everything was delivered to plan, we had no major issues and any small niggles Matthew helped find solutions and offered to do a couple of small bits of extra finishing at no extra cost which was appreciated.

Janet Batley (Jems)5 StarBWT have recently completed a side extension, kitchen and garage conversion and we are thrilled with the results. We have found BWT to be honest, reliable and trustworthy. They have done a fantastic job, and all the team are polite, friendly and helpful. All construction, electrical, plastering, plumbing, flooring and decorating work carried out to the highest standard. From the outset Matt gave good, honest advice and was always willing to find solutions to overcome any problems. Nothing was too much trouble. His management of the project and also liaison with our kitchen maker certainly helped to make our life easier. Communication, time keeping, consideration of neighbours (and grandson!) excellent. A loft conversion on a 1930s house, an extension and several refurbishments of other properties ranging from damp proofing, re-wiring to kitchen and bathroom refits. When surprises and challenges inevitably crop up as they do on any building job, they will work with you to resolve with minimum fuss. A complete remodel. Rewiring, plastering, fireplace removal, new covings, skirtings, architraves, panelling, new radiators and doors. All work was done satisfactory to a high standard.
