Martin Berry5 StarDeco Homes have been implementing a single storey extension, utility room build and general refurbishment plus kitchen installation. The team are diligent, hard workers and have carried out competent work to a good standard. They are always helpful in resolving problems on site. Foundations dug, kitchen gutted, steels in, extension built, boiler moved, underfloor heating in, first fix lights/sockets cables done, insulation dine, roof tiling and outer brickwork being done as I type. We've been very happy with Decohomes to date with our bungalow renovation project.
Constantin communicates very well and has offered solutions and workarounds to any issues we've had - his team are on site early everyday and our very courtesy and professional - even our neighbours have commented to me on this.
They had no issues understanding our architectural plans and structural drawings, where other builders had an issue.
I'll update this review once the build is finished - but so far so good!Thursday 28th September 2023

Gavin Clarke5 StarConstantin and his team are just over halfway through the project and I can't rate them highly enough. This project has been a huge - undertaking - working from an architect's plan and with an interior designer - with lots of build and sequencing details to get right (and with terrible weather). Constantin has been a re-assuring presence throughout: the relationship has been more like a partnership. The work has been solid and the crew diligent as we've moved through refurb, extension build and first fix. Looking forward to the next phase!Tuesday 9th May 2023
