I hired Joslyn Constructions, (Karan )to renovate my first floor and ground floor bathrooms in April 2024. I am very pleased with the quality of their work, their professionalism, and their customer service. In this review, I will share my experience and the reasons why I recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled builder. Quality of work The first thing that impressed me about Joslyn was the quality of their work. They paid attention to every detail and made sure that everything was done to a high standard. They used quality materials and equipment, and followed the best practices for plumbing, tiling, painting, and electrical work. They also cleaned up after themselves and left the bathrooms spotless. • The first floor bathroom was completely transformed from a dated and cramped space to a modern and spacious one. They installed a new shower, vanity, toilet, and mirror, and tiled the walls and floor with beautiful ceramic tiles. • The ground floor bathroom was also renovated with a walk in shoer, sink, toilet, and mirror. They replaced the old tiles with new ones, They also installed a heated towel rail. Professionalism Another thing that I appreciated about Joslyn COnstructions was their professionalism. They were punctual, courteous, and respectful throughout the project. They communicated with me regularly and updated me on the progress and any issues that arose. They also listened to my feedback and suggestions and accommodated them whenever possible. They finished the project on time and within the budget that we agreed on. Customer service The last thing that I want to mention about Joslyn is their customer service. They were friendly, helpful, and responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. They made me feel valued and satisfied as a customer. Conclusion In conclusion, I am very happy with the work that Joslyn Builders did for me. They renovated my bathrooms with skill, care, and excellence. They were professional, courteous, and attentive to my needs. They delivered the project on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a builder who can do a great job. I have already given them 3 references.

Joslyn Constructions Ltd- Just wow! Last year end we bought a house. The house needed repairs and renovation as it was in bad condition but we had absolutely no idea how and what to do as our budget was very tight. Somehow we came across Karan and team , they personally went out of their way to guide us in choosing colours and tiles (basically everything) also gave us ideas how we could utilise the maximum space from our loft which we never thought of. We are very pleased with the service and would surely highly recommend Joslyn Constructions Ltd. 👍 Max and Everly

Joslyn constructions limited and the lads did the most amazing job on my en-suite bathroom. Couldn’t have had been more helpful, professional, friendly, respectful of my home especially as I was working from home while they were on site.Karan helped me pick colours, tiles, all finishes and explained everything in detail reassuring me every step of the way in the decision making process. I would highly recommend Joslyn constructions for any job, I wouldn’t hire anyone else. Very reasonable pricing and they left my house spotless afterwards! Thanks a million 😊

We have amazing experience with Joslyn constructions limited. We was looking for someone who can decorate our hair dressing shop in southall. We found joslyn constructions ltd on google. Karan come very quickly with the quote. We are really happy with work they have done. Highly recommended to who’s looking for painting and decorating work.

Joslyn constructions Limited were recommended to us by friends who were very happy with their work. From the first time we met Karan, we knew they were the right choice. Ours was not a straight forward job. Part renovation, part extension but a very awkward shape/site. Other builders turned up to look and said they would quote but did not even have the courtesy to reply or return calls, forget about actual quotes. Throughout the build Karan, and all the of the team were friendly, knowledgable and exceptionally helpful. We added a few extras along the way that put us a little over our original budget but those extras were our choices to make and never a problem for any of their team. Joslyn constructions ltd were recommended to us by friends and we have already recommended them to family and more friends, some of whom are in contact and planning renovations of their own. For the price we payed they did a fantastic job, especially so because of the awkward site that had other companies running away! We highly recommend joslyn constructions and will absolutely trust them again for any building work we need.
