We have used these guys to do our loft ,rear extension and throughout refurbishment. Very,very disappointed with their "services". Unprofessional, unqualified, incompetent and very unreliable. My husband has left a more thorough review as well. Do not use at all costs. All of the good reviews are from either their friends or employees. The photos attached by them are from their own house or copied from the Internet. These people don't even know the basic steps or construction regulations . When my husband got in touch with the council, even the person working for the building control said that they are rubish and that other people have got in touch with them to complain about them.

MM Lofts provided an outstanding service throughout. They took care of everything from planning through to council checks and were professional and courteous throughout. The quality and speed of workmanship were of the highest standard and Milad, one of the company directors, was regularly onsite and on the phone to oversee all aspects of construction. The finished result was stunning. Way beyond our expectations and the price was significantly below all other quotes received. I’ve recommended MM to friends and family members all of whom have been similarly impressed. Wouldn’t use anyone else. 10/10!
