More Than Lofts is a family orientated building firm with our office based on Worcester Park High Street, where we have been since 2008! We are passionate about the standard of work we deliver and the service that comes with it. Our mission statement ‘Creating Dream Homes’ is what drives us!
Starting any building work can be a very daunting experience!
To make the process as seamless as possible, we offer a comprehensive service from design through to completion. Whether the work you require falls under the Permitted Development Rights, as most do, or if Planning Permission is required, our experienced team and in-house architect will manage this process for you and guide you along every step of the way. To help add value and relieve any further stress we also organise and manage all of the required building regulation inspections throughout the build so you are fully compliant!
Our Project Support Team is also on hand throughout the entirety of your build to help you with discounted ordering, ideas on interior design, décor suggestions or just for a good old fashioned onsite catch up!
To be successful, we pride ourselves on listening and interpreting our Client’s requirements and vision. We aim to partner with our Clients from day one through offering inspiration drawn from previous projects as well as offering solution orientated ideas to meet your expectations.
It sounds cliché, but we don’t believe that one size fits all. To this end we make all of our quotes and contracts bespoke and entirely transparent sothey include what YOU need and want from YOUR build.
All members of the More Than Lofts team are PAYE employees, not subcontractors. Why have we taken this approach? It keeps our costs down, which in turn means that we can offer a competitively priced, high quality one stop solution to our customers. Also, with every trade under our one roof, we are able to increase productivity without having to worry about delays from subcontractors, or the worry about the quality not being at the high standard we set ourselves.

Kathy Liddy5 StarAn unexpected flood meant that we needed to replace our kitchen and bathroom,so we chose More Than Lofts who were recommended to us by family.
We are so glad that we did: the commitment and professionalism carries through the whole company and their communication was seamless, with daily photo updates via WhatsApp, and Stacy was always available to discuss any queries with us.
Quotes were outlined clearly and amended whenever needed, if we changed or added items. The standard of work done is very high and so well finished, we had lots of useful advice throughout on what could be achieved too, which really helped us plan the vision. The skilled team did the electrics, painting, plastering, installation of kitchen and bathroom to a high standard. They were just amazing!

We "found" them in 2010 when they built our loft extension which were really pleased with.
They have just completed work on the downstairs of our house including plastering, new ceiling, moving electric lights and sockets and installation of light fittings, moving and installing new radiators, new flooring, new electric fire fitted A complete overhaul. The team who worked on the house were professional and considerate. They turned up when they were supposed to and went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed to time and to an excellent standard.

Adam F5 StarMore than Lofts did a single story extension to the rear of our house back in 2018/19 and I can’t speak highly enough of the whole team. They’re all an absolute pleasure to work with and the quality of the work they have done is fantastic, there’s not been a single issue with any of it since they finished work.
Having building work done with small kids in the house can be a stressful experience but everybody that worked here was really considerate and courteous with great communication.
Special mention goes to the owner, Stacey, who was just brilliant. He has built a highly skilled team of craftsmen who deliver work of the highest standard and his attention to detail and ability to engage with us as the customer was unparalleled.

This time he has done garden fencing for me and as a favour hung Roman blinds! The fencing is fabulous and done to perfection and I love what he has done. We are very happy with our choice and delighted with our loft conversion. Stacy and his team were polite and professional throughout, communicating fully with us and giving all options and costs when decisions needed to be made on unforseen issues that always crop up in building work. The quality of the work is outstanding and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Minor issues such as the double doors being slightly misaligned and stiff to close were dealt with immediately.
